Participants agree that the Academy, its coaches, and staff are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from data handling compliant with this Privacy Policy and applicable Ontario laws.

We collect only the personal information necessary for class bookings, makeup scheduling, and communications. This includes:

Personal Identification Information:

  • Full name

  • Payment information (processed securely through Wix Payments)

Booking & Usage Information:

  • Classes booked and attended

  • Package purchases and expiry dates

  • Rescheduling and cancellation history

  • No-show records

  • Makeup class requests (maximum 2 per 4-class package with 48 hours notice)

Technical Information:

  • IP address

  • Browser type and device information

  • Pages visited on our website

  • Cookies and usage data (collected through Wix)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only as necessary for operations. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

To Provide Our Services:

  • Process class bookings and payments

  • Manage your membership and class credits

  • Send booking confirmations and reminders

  • Process reschedules, cancellations and no-show fees

  • Coordinate makeup class scheduling

To Communicate With You:

We implement encrypted storage and appropriate technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All payment information is processed securely through Wix Payments and we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Personal information is retained for 6 months following your last session with CCBA, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected participants as required by law.
