Cancellation Policy
No refunds are permitted for any classes. Class Credit Expiration (from date of purchase): 4-Class Package: 3 months Single Class: 1 month Tryout Class: 3 weeks Rescheduling: All rescheduling must be done through your member account on our website at least 72 hours in advance. 4-Class Package: maximum 2 reschedules per package Single Class: maximum 1 reschedule Tryout Class: maximum 1 reschedule Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive their session credit back to their package. Late Cancellation (within 72 hours): No session credit will be returned. No-Show (missing a session without any notice): A CA$15 fee will be charged. Unused classes expire after the above periods regardless of circumstances. Walk-ins are not permitted.
